Ms Grace为我们讲解SJAM行政部门和行政上的程序

Mr Maniam则讲解直辖区Emergency Medical Service(EMS)的运作

里头包括大马SJAM的EMS和医院的地图和热钱, 白板(统计过去接过的服务),CPR chart, AEDs, walkie dokie, data & forms,例如casualty report(好像有九种不同的form).有三架电话,其中一个是Telekom送的,toll-free的。

Mr Maniam在讲解救伤车里头有啥用具。这种抬床好好噢,可垫高伤病者,搬运伤病者又方便。搬上救伤车时,按左手柄和右手柄控制抬床推上救伤车。之后,别忘了固定抬床。
凡超过100kg的伤病者,不可以使用。坏了,你陪哦?很贵的也。

怪不得那么干净,他们每天早上都会清洁干净救伤车

里面好多冬冬哦,有可折起来的抬床,固定脊椎的板,Ambu Bag , AED, 氧气筒,Kendrick Extrication Device(KED), 劲圈,三角巾,敷料,插座等......。很棒吧?

-DRABC

Secondary Examination/Assessment
-give consideration to profuse bleeding大量出血, breathing difficulties, shock and spinal injury
-give subjective interview and objective examination from head to toe(全身检查)

-if no pulse, initiate CPR

Check Airway
-head tilt chin lift
-is airway clear?

Check Breathing
-look(chest raise) ,feel(breathing), listen(what problem did casualty face and what bystanders told you what they saw and heard)
-If no breathing, give 2 rescue blows
-check signs of life

give Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation(CPR)
-(30 compression + 2 rescue blows) x 5cycles in 2mins

Defibrillation (if available)
-apply Automated External Defibrillator(AED)
-follow voice prompts



Automated External Defibrillator(AED)

-normally 150J~200J
AED shocks
-activate heart to work
-increase flow of blood
-increase the rate of survival to discharge from the hospital after shock with the AED was 40 percent.
-allowing the heart to reestablish an effective rhythm
